> Important: Oak Park Denture Clinic specialises in fabricating the prosthetic denture that attaches to your implants. We do not perform implant surgery or place implants. The surgical phase is completed by your implantologist or oral surgeon.

What Are Full Arch Implant Dentures?

Full Arch is a treatment concept where a full arch (or both arches) of replacement teeth is supported by multiple dental implants. The "Full Arch denture" is the prosthetic component — the custom-designed teeth and framework that attach to those implants.

Our role: After your surgeon has placed the implants and they have integrated with your jawbone, we design, fabricate, and fit the denture that attaches to them.

Our Full Arch Denture Fabrication Process# Step 1: Receive Your Case

Your implantologist or surgeon sends us your implant layout — either a digital scan or a physical impression/model with implant positions.

Step 2: Design & Planning

Our prosthetist designs the denture framework and selects teeth that match your natural appearance. We coordinate with your surgeon on abutment specifications and bite registration.

Step 3: Fabrication

Using our on-site dental laboratory, we fabricate your prosthetic denture using premium materials — high-impact acrylic, composite, or hybrid frameworks.

Step 4: Try-In & Fitting

You visit our clinic for a trial fitting. We check bite alignment, aesthetics, and comfort. Adjustments are made on-site — no waiting weeks for an external lab.

Step 5: Final Delivery

The completed denture is polished, quality-checked, and delivered with care instructions.
