Pre-Surgical Coordination
Your surgeon shares the implant plan before surgery day. We pre-fabricate a temporary denture based on projected implant positions.
Surgery Day Fabrication
On surgery day, after your surgeon places the implants, we adjust the pre-made temporary denture to fit the actual implant positions.
Immediate Fitting
The adjusted temporary denture is fitted onto your new implants the same day. You leave with teeth.
Healing Period
You wear the temporary denture while implants integrate with your jawbone (3-6 months). We provide adjustments as needed.
Permanent Denture Fabrication
Once implants are fully integrated, we fabricate your permanent prosthetic denture with final shade and fit.

Same-day implant dentures (also called "immediate-load dentures") are temporary prosthetic teeth fitted onto newly placed implants on the same day as surgery. This means you never go without teeth — you walk out of the surgical appointment with a functional denture.
